The short version
Hi. Jennifer Moy.

Come on in — through to the Good Room. I’m Jennifer Moy, an interior designer based on the Sunshine Coast. I started with a Diploma of Interior Design on the Gold Coast, then went on to study Property & Sustainable Development. Came home, learnt estimating and drafting, and spent years working alongside stonemasons, builders and cabinet makers — the long way of saying I learnt the trade from the people who actually build the rooms.
That perspective shapes everything I do. A pretty drawing is easy. A drawing that costs out cleanly, gets built without a hundred RFIs, and still feels beautiful in a year — that’s the work.
Kitchens are my first love (the joinery! the proportions! the dance of bench and storage and light), but I work across whole homes — bathrooms, living rooms, the bits in between. Sustainability isn’t a marketing line; it’s the lens. As a Green Star Associate I think hard about embodied carbon, longevity, and how a room ages.
Sub-tropical climate. North-facing kitchens. Hardware that doesn’t mind the salt.
